a. If you are a DPS, what abilities would you use to maximize your DPS? Prioritize them with proper reasoning.
well for sin rogue you really only need to keep dots up 100% and use finnisher at 4-5 cp every 5 sec to keep up Surge of Toxins. on +3 targets you use FoK to generate combo points instead of Mutilate. 

b. What talents are you currently using and explain why. 
i'm going 1-1-3-3-1-1-1 on most bosses but for som bosses with alot of aoe 1-1-3-3-1-2-1, and i'm using these talents becouse they do most dmg its really not much you can change on rogue talents.
