Arjan - Guardian Druid - Declined

Hey, thanks for taking out time to make an application. We talked in-game as well iirc.

Your current gear and raid progress looks fine to me, although I'd love to see more traits on your Guardian spec asap (preferably 45+ soon). I however have a couple of questions before giving my final opinion ^^. First, you mentioned this druid is a relatively new character. Have you re-rolled to druid or is it just an alt of yours? And how actively can you participate in guild raids? I think I asked this question in-game as well if I'm not wrong but still please let us know for the sake of clarity. Our main raids (which require at least 80% attendance if you are planning to become a Core Raider in future) are on Friday and Sunday @ 19.30-22.30 server time. And then we host a fun alt/farm raid (typically NH normal for last 3 weeks and can be switched to NH hc when we start NH mythic) on Wednesday @ 18.30 usually, however this raid isn't a must to join for anyone and can be skipped if you're not interested on a particular Wednesday. We also sometimes extend the raid time/days during progression so are you comfortable with that?

Also just out of curiosity, and by no means its a requirement, I was wondering how comfortable are you in switching to off-spec on a particular raid day?

We got plenty of Swedes in the guild now recently I guess and our overall guild environment is really friendly and PvE oriented at the same time. So I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here.

Arjan is my main, i came back to wow end of december so what you can see in armory is my progress since then. Getting to 45+ should be no problem, a week at most, as i said i play about 12h a day or more and i just reached 25 in research too today. And to clarify, i want to join with a serious guild so that i can raid atleast 2 days every week! Progression requires wipes and that fact is not something im uncomfortable with and prolonged hours are welcomed. However, I do want a core spot and i saw you got yourselves a druid tank already, this bear will be sad if put on the bench so to speak, im not casual in that way.

Hey, we were looking for a tank on immediate basis. Unfortunately your reply came a bit late and another tank applied and got accepted meanwhile. If we're looking for a tank in future I'll keep you in mind. Wish you all the best in the game n in RL  Goodluck!
