- What is your past raiding experience?


TBC - I started to play wow, In the middle of TBC during TBC i managed to clear black temple on my warrior Atlantis on Shadowsong Alliance and also get some experince raiding sun well on my Holy Paladin with Blood Thrust Clan a guild on Shadowsong Horde which later disbanded. 

WOTLK: During WOTLK i started off playing a death knight in an alliance guild on Shadowsong called Denied, We quickly cleared Nax 25 and 10. We then began to do achievements such as the undying, Where you had to complete the whole of nax 10 without a single memeber of the group dying. When Uldaur hit i took a break a few weeks into it, When the content was current i only killed a few bosses in here due to a break from the game. When TOTC hit Denied has unfortunately disbanded, So i joined a guild called Insanity of Fate on my paladin as tank, We cleared ToTc but i never managed to kill in on 25 man with all attempts remaining. During ICC i was asked to main my resto shamman Glellane at the time, We cleared heroic without any issues then the guild management had a dispute which later led to another disband. During the end of ICC i joined Original on my Shammy Glellane playing as back up healer and ele main spec, I spent a lot of time progress on LK heroic but we never managed to kill it before the end of the expansion. 

Cata: I decided i would like to turn horde, At this point i started to main a resto druid and have done ever since. I joined a guild called Fury on Shadowsong, We managed to clear all heroic in the first tier apart from the last two bosses although we did have a 1.5% wipe on netharion. Going into firelands progress i was there for kills of the first few bosses, But during progress i lost my grand mother to cancer wish meant me taking another break from the game. I came back casually in dragon soul and managed to normal and heroic on 10 man, Leading my own guild at this point with real life friends. 

MOP: During MOP i leveled up and geared through heroics, But towards the start of raiding my RL friends quit which thus left me with no one to raid with, I played casually throughout this expansion up until SoO where i managed to clear both normal and heroic before the realease of the next expansion. 

WoD: During WoD i was in a guild on horde side still as a resto, I managed to clear all of the first raid on heroic and the first few bosses on mythic. During BRF i took another break, Coming back towards the start of HFC where i managed to clear heroic but never ended up joining a guild to push mythic progression due to working rota hours during this point which meant late finishes on different days each week.

Leigon: Currently in legion my progress has been with pugs or RL friends, I have cleared Emerald Nightmare on HC, Nighthold and normal and killed 5 / 10 on heroic and have read up on tactics for all fights on Heroic / Mythic

Hello my name is Jason Falla, I am 22 years old and live on a small island called Guernsey just off the coast of France. I currently work as a Broadband Engineers for our local Telephone company called Sure, I went to college for two years and studied A Level IT. During my social times i like to spend time farming in WOW, Watching football (Support Liverpool FC) and hanging out with my girlfriend and friends doing RL stuff. I am an easy going, Down to earth guy with a good sense of humour but serious when it is needed. I am good at adapting to new situations and i am a very quick learner, I feel that should you accept me i can bring knowlege of not only my classes mainspec but offspecs also for fights where we might not need as many healers. I am always prepared for raiding, Supplying my own food, flasks and potions and making sure i have read up on all boss fights prior to entering the raid. I want to thank you for taking the time to read my application and i hope to hear from you in the new future on the outcome.

At pull, especially with Bloodlust, start doing dps. Your hots will most likely turn into overhealing unless we expect high damage, in which case you can pre-cast, drink, pot, pull, DOT, heal.
A bit low on AP for our current progression.
I'm saying this very specifically, because unless you are bad at managing your mana, I see no issues in your logs. Maybe a few more Wild Growth casts if it is needed, but you're missing the ring.

Hey thanks for taking out time to make an application. Yeah we're looking for a good restoration druid with decent balance offspec. As cloudmane pointed out you're a bit low on AP as well as gear for the content we're progressing on currently. So we'd like you to work on that asap especially the traits. Also why your heroic NH progress is very low despite being a raider in a mythic progression guild before you left? Other than that I don't have any issues.

As the other guys pointed out, gear and AP are a bit low for mythic progression. So my question is can you raid on Wednesdays - that's when our farm raids are. Right now I can't guarantee you a spot in the progression raids, but you are more than welcome to join the farm runs

Thanks for you for your replies, In regards to DPSing at pull with blood lust i completely agree with you i usually look to do this as much as possible. In regards to AP i will get back onto the grind for both my Resto and Balance wep and look to get 54 traits for resto ASAP. 

In regards to Wild Growth, Been really unlucky so far with Legendary's recently swapped from the shoulders to the boots to utilize the 2 piece bonus (Lacking 1 piece of tier for the 4th).  Having the 2 set bonus due to the mastery proc while casting Wild Growth will also increase the amount i use it. 

In regards to my previous guild, I played during the start on heroic content this was around the time i had a disagreement with the guild leader due to his attitude. But i am aware of tactics for all of the fights on heroic, The only thing would be tweaking to the tactics you use as a guild but i like to think i am a quick learner. I have also researched extensively Mythic bosses both written guides, Studying abilities and watching videos.

Wednesdays are fine for me, I would be able to make all of your raiding days and times. I look forward to hearing from you guys again.
