Raid Attitude

I demand to keep proper attitude during raids for other guild members. I dont wanna hear that someone got bashed or blaimed. If someone fail you can do 3 things:

a)shoot a puppy/kitten
b) report to raid leader for removing unacceptable failing member
c) explain what he did wrong if it was minor issue, which can be fixed

Any form of disobeying rule will have effect:
a)at first time 1 week ban for raids
b)at second 2 week trial without chance to finish it before passing these 14 days
c)at third gkick

Any form of harassment should be reported to guild master/officer with proper screenshots.
