| Hello Everyone,
After discussion with other officers there are some ground rules that we have agreed upon regarding the future of raiding in this guild.
First of all we have decided to cut the raiding time short as 3 hours 30 minutes felt a bit too dragged out and people lose focus towards the end. Hence, starting now the raiding time is going to be 18:30-21:00 Svt on Friday/Saturday.
Secondly, coming on to our heroic progress, it was superb one shotting all bosses in lower HFC, but I cannot help but feel like some people were not yet ready and geared enough to start progressing HC which was posing some problems for us. Hence after consulting with all the officers, we have decided that we will be doing some normal mode runs for the next few weeks. Probably next 2 weeks, 3 at most. Also we will take people who need gearing up and run them through lower HFC HC i.e. the first 5-6 bosses.
This is where the main crux of this topic comes. We have decided that people who are geared enough and show significant command over their class and knowledge of raid encounters and mechanics will be promoted to "Raider" rank who will then proceed to progress the upper echelons of HFC. We will see how a person fare's on the potato meter before bestowing him the rank of a "Raider". This has been decided so that we can progress as well as gear more people up and have them join the progressing team!

Edit: We will only be doing Upper HFC NM on Fridays and clear as much of lower HFC HC as we can to spare time on Saturday for progress. Also we believe doing Upper HFC NM will improve our coordination as a group for HC progress.
