Loot Rules

Members have priority over Trials and Alts for Main Spec only / Member Offspec = Alt Mainspec /.
Alts invited to raid will be only by REQUEST of Raid Leader and thus "Requested Alts" will have Member Main Spec Priotity.
10man DKP:
Dragon Soul normal - 10DKP
Firelands Heroic - 10DKP
25man DKP:
Dragon Soul normal - 15DKP.
Firelands Heroic - 10DKP
*Completion of 7/7 Firelands and 8/8 Dragon Soul awards Iron Man bonus - 20DKP.
You may win only 1 Tier token per run. ( but if no other member needs Tier token for Main Spec then you are allowed to roll ).
On Time DKP for 10man is 10DKP ( On time DKP is given to all members in the raid 15 minutes before Raid Officially starts.) and On Time DKP for 25man is 20DKP.
If no one needs a certain item that has dropped then it will be either Disenchanted or Sold to vendor. Abusing loot by re-logging different characters is not allowed.
Trash BoE Items will be: Main Spec> Off Spec > Guild Bank. Members may buy items from Guild Bank versus 50% of Auction House price.

Raid Rules

Be prepared with Food, Flasks, Potions and so on.
Be always 15 minutes before the raid on.
AFK-ing without permission from the Raid Leader will result in -DKP and/or raid removal and additional punishments if needed.
Flaming, Trolling and QQ-ing and overall slacking which hurts the Raid Performance will result in -DKP and/or raid removal and additional punishments if needed.
If unable to attend Raid, then contact the Raid Leader either by In-Game mail or via our Forum.

DKP Decay

We will introduce "DKP Decay". What does this mean? After every lockout 10% of the players Current Total DKP will be removed.
Why so? It will make sure that people will not be able to "Stack DKP" and will give newer players the opportunity to gain enough DKP to outbid a slacking raider.
This feauture will give new "active" members an equal chance to High End Loot.

Example:

A - 1000 DKP

B - 500 DKP

C - 100 DKP

... 10% Decay 1st Week

A - 900 + 0 he slacked = 900

B - 450 + 100 for 1 raid = 550

C - 100 + 200 for 2 raids = 300

... 10% Decay 2nd Week

A - 810 + 0 he slacked = 810

B - 495 + 100 for 1 raid = 595

C - 270 + 200 for 2 raids = 470

... 10% Decay 3rd Week

A - 729 + 0 he slacked = 729

B - 535 + 100 for 1 raid = 635

C - 423+ 200 for 2 raids = 623

... 10% Decay 4th Week

A - 656 + 0 he slacked = 656

B - 571 + 100 for 1 raid = 671

C - 561 + 200 for 2 raids = 761
