1. Raider Alt rank will be removed for new order of promotion in entire guild. It will be introduced a new rank of Veteran , which will be placed between Member and Hardcore raider. It will be a rank which will be given for good but not best in his class person. This was decided to judge better our quality and raise lvl of guild raids.

2. New level of discipline will be introduced at raids and between guildies. If someone join raid he will be forced to spend this patience and focus at raid time until leader decide to finish raid. To prevent and respect other people free time.

3. Groups of FL will be reseted and  recruitment for 2 new will be made by selecting decent players and estabilishing killing 7/7 hc per each week. Additionally there will be a quasi group leaded by Abomii/Bdlol which in future can get rights of group if leaded properly, as group 3.

4. In addition of 3xFLs of main progress we will organize additional 3-5 FL10 per week to give other people chance to gear and progress. Whats more these raids cant be leaded by random person but by officer or person who got officer acceptation of leading this. 

5. 1 FL10 will be probably so called "wiping for purpose" it mean that boss kill will be only allowed by raid leader. It will be introduced to allow people master tactics and their own skills.

6. 6. 25 men raids will be leaded by proper officers only with help of other staff to better control of raid and guildies.

7. New schedule calendar will published after final acceptation of guild staff.

8. Every act of slacking and idiocy at raid will be punished by raid leader.

9. Raid leader should invite first mains over alts/trials. Only exception is a situation where taking main can provide wrong raid balance or wipe (not enough healers, specific dps)

10. From next year, i forgot to mention about it at our meeting i want ot make 10% per week or 50% per month dkp decay. What it means? It mean that every week we will cut dkp by 10% to reduce slackin for example:

A 1000dkp
B 500dkp
C 100dkp
..............10% decay 1st week
A 900+0 coz he slacked = 900
B 450 + 100 for 1 raid =550
C 100+200 for 2 raids = 300
..............10% decay 2nd week
A 810+0 coz slacking
B 495 + 100 for 1 raid = 595
C 270 + 200 for 2 raids = 470
............10% decay 3rd week
A 729+0 coz slacking
B 535+100 for 1 raid= 635
C 423+200 for 2 raids=623
...........10% decay for 4th week
A 656+0 coz slackin = 656
B 571 +100 for 1 raid= 671
C 561+200 for 2 raids= 761

It means than any guy who pass 1000 dkp and start slacking he could lose his chance to outbid item against new player in period of 1 month. Its a great opportunity to lower slacking in period of devs inactivity. Also this new feature will give chance for new players who wanna to be active part of guild.

Next good thing is its impossible to farm dkp to enourmous amount, more you get stacked more you lose every week, so if someone get 1500dkp he will need at least 150dkp per week to keep this amount.

now this is taking some good shape... cool, so now Veteran means, hes good but not pro or something like that?
and as for the raider alt removed... who are we gonna filter the good geared and ready for raiding alts with the low geared alts?, or are we gonna invite alts only on the extra raids you are talking about, or the alts invites will be managed by the Raid Lead criteria...

Alts will be used only by request of Raid Leader ( lack of certain class/buff and so on ) and they will be checked by the raid leader and thus decided if good enough for the raid.

this are nice rules for the future hopefully we can all follow them and go as far as we can with this guild and raidgroups

wow nice! i really like that wiping on purpose idea it'll also help make sure 25m progression is good and people just don't get carried.

Ranks in guild r fucked up..

Prob->Trial->Member->Alt->Veteran-> Elite(WTF?)-> CL and so on. this elite should have remained Hardcore Raider and member/alt should switch places
